More mismanagement by Swansea Labour

Swansea Plaid Cymru has consistently accused the Labour controlled City Council of being obsessed with big city vanity projects.
What Plaid didn't expect is that these projects have exposed huge problems with the way the Council is run.
The biggest hold up is the multi storey car park at the end of the golden bridge. Stage one was due to be completed in summer 2021, so where are the new homes, hotel, shops and eateries?
What is disgraceful is that the Council keeps awarding these contracts to companies outside of Wales or even the UK (eg. Zip-wire). Any concept of a circular economy is missing. On top of this, the main contractor for the CoprBay project has just filed for Administration!
This history of mismanagement is worrying because city councillors are now planning new developments at St Helens ground, Blackpill, Langland and Mumbles.
